Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

At this time, I offer virtual-only, mental health therapy to adult (18+) clients who reside in Colorado.

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. If you feel like we could be the right fit, please fill out a contact form and I will respond as soon as I can either via email or text message.

What is the cost of therapy?

For self-pay clients, a 50-minute session is $150 with some sliding-scale spots available. For clients wanting to use their insurance, the cost of therapy will depend on your plan. Please see the Services & Pricing page for information.

What is your approach to therapy?

I take a person-centered, integrative approach, grounded in the belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all. I work from a bottom-up lens, supporting the nervous system and body as a foundation for insight and change. My work is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and draws from somatic approaches, attachment theory, Polyvagal theory, Narrative Therapy, and parts work.

What are your business hours?

I am currently available Monday through Thursday. My hours are:

  • Monday & Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST

I strive to respond to messages and inquiries within 24–48 business hours. If I am out of the office, I will reply the next time I am working.

Which insurance plans do you accept?

Currently, I accept the following insurance plans: Aetna, Anthem EAP, Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania, Carelon Behavioral Health, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Colorado, Quest Behavioral Health, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, and Cigna.

Please visit my Headway profile (click HERE) to quickly verify your eligibility and benefits for the insurance plans listed above.

I also offer self-pay services (fees can be found on Services & Pricing tab). I am currently working on credentialing with Colorado Medicaid and UnitedHealthCare.
